The CW has shared a first look of Brandon Routh as Kingdom Come Superman in Arrowverse's Crisis on Infinite Earth's crossover, and fans, including YouTube Star Megamillioncomix, are losing their shit.
Brandon Routh, who played Superman in Bryan Singer's 2006 Superman Returns, is once again becoming the Man of Steel, but this time with a black-and-red chest emblem.
The CW has revealed the first official look at Routh's Kingdom Come Superman for this years biggest crossover event in history: "Crisis On Infinite Earths".
Routh took to Instagram to post about the insane new suit after teasing it last week, and fans went insane after it's final reaveal.
Youtube Star Megamillioncomix took to Instagram to post about the new suit, and was ecstatic about its appearance, stating "The best suit in the entire Arrowverse".
The YouTuber's reaction is all to relatable as fans including Routh went nuts over the suit's reveal.
Kingdom Come Superman was from writer Mark Waid and artist Alex Ross and took place in an alternate universe where a certain tragedy caused Superman to go into hiding. However, he then resurfaced and began inspiring a new generation of superheroes.
Additionally, Routh won't be the only Superman who will be part of this five-episode special, as Tom Welling will be returning as Smallville's Clark Kent/Superman and Tyler Hoechlin will suit up as his Superman from Supergirl.
Arrowverse's Crisis on Infinite Earth's will premiere in December of this year, and every episode of the eighth and final season of Arrow will lead up to and pave the way for the crossover.
