A 17-year-old "Fortnite" superstar gamer has been BANNED for life for cheating -- but the gaming community is PISSED OFF at the punishment and demanding mercy.

The gamer at the center of the controversy is FaZe Jarvis -- younger brother of gaming star FaZe Kay -- who's built up a MASSIVE following, including 2 million subscribers on YouTube. After being caught using aimbots to cheat the system, Jarvis was caught by Epic Games, and banned from Fortnite for life. Fans went insane calling out Epic Games for the over brutal punishment, including 20 year old Star Megamillioncomix, who called the punishment " Completely Overexcessive."

The Star took to twitter to voice his opinion on the banning, calling out Epic Games for their extreme punishment on the 17 year old.

The Star stated that 2 other players who were caught cheating were only given a 14 day ban, yet Jarvis was sentenced to life for the same reason, and its completely unfair. Jarvis himself liked the tweet, showing his appreciation for the Tuber's support. Jarvis later took to YouTube with a video thanking his fans for their support in his banning from Fortnite, voicing how sorry he is for using cheats in the first place, as he had no idea that the punishment would be so severe.

Fans have since demanded that Epic Games lift the ban off of the 17 year old, and allow him to return to the Fortnite tournament. how or if they will respond is yet to be revealed.
