After Marvel and Sony's recent dispute that led to Spider-Man and Kevin Feige being tossed out of the MCU, a deal was revealed to have been struck between the two, announcing that Tom Holland's Spider-Man will be returning for another film with the MCU's heroes.
fans went crazy over the news, as was expected, and memes began to flow all over social media. however, one person in particular posted the funniest and most perfect response to Spider-Man's return, and fans are loving it.
YouTube Star Megamillioncomix posted a video featuring a scene from the 2002 Spider-Man 2 film that featured Tobey Maguire as the web slinger, in a moment during the film in which his spider powers came back after he lost them, and allowed him to return as Spider-Man leading him to jump off of a building, as the iconic "I'm Back" meme was born. however, the YouTuber added a twist to the Iconic scene, as multiple shots of MCU heroes were edited into the scene, reacting to Peter's triumphant return as he lept across the building.
The hilarious video is a perfect interpretation of Spider-Man fans reactions to his return to the MCU. in fact, it was the Spider-Man fanbase itself that led to the hero's sudden return to the MCU. Marvel and Sony saw the amount of money that Spider-Man's MCU films bought in, and decided on returning the hero to his rightful home. a decision that fans, as well as Holland himself are loving right now.
